An independent commercial broker, not a one-company store

We started this firm to give business owners a broker who would tell them the truth about a form, a class, and a certificate — and then go find a market that would actually write it. That is still the job.

Independence means we are not employed to push one insurer’s package. When a business owner’s policy is the right chassis, we use it. When a monoline property and casualty program will last longer at renewal, we build that instead. When Washington L&I is the industrial-insurance home for your crews, we say so and we place stop-gap beside it. We do not invent a private workers-comp policy as a substitute.

Commercial only

We do not sell personal homeowners, personal auto, renters, or life insurance. Farm coverage is limited to commercial farm, ranch, and agribusiness operations. If you need a house policy, we will tell you to call a personal-lines agent rather than waste your time.
