What this site is for

This website is for commercial insurance only. We do not use it to sell personal homeowners, personal auto, renters, or life insurance. Do not send medical records, consumer health data, or information about a child through the public form.

Information we collect

If you use the quote form, call, or email us, we receive the business and contact details you choose to send: business name, entity type, address, contact name, phone, email, state of operation, operations description, sales and payroll ranges, employee counts, website, and any notes. If you later become a client, we also collect underwriting information needed to place or service a policy (loss runs, driver lists, certificates, contracts) by email or other agreed channel.

Server logs may record IP address, user-agent, referring URL, and the pages requested, for security and diagnostics. We do not run advertising pixels on this site in this wave. We do not set non-essential cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing optional to accept.

How we use information

We use submissions to contact you about commercial insurance, to seek terms from insurance carriers and their underwriting partners, to issue certificates, to service accounts, and to meet record-keeping and regulatory duties. A quote request is not a binder. We do not sell your information and we do not sell personal information as those words are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Sharing

We share what a carrier, managing general agent, or necessary vendor needs to underwrite, bind, or service a commercial account, or what a regulator, court, or auditor lawfully requires. We do not share quote-form data with advertisers. Employees and contractors who handle files are bound to use them only for agency work.

Cookies and tracking

This wave of the site does not use analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, the default will be essential-only, and we will update this page before any non-essential cookie is set. You should not see a dark-pattern consent wall here because we are not asking you to trade attention for a quote.

Retention

Quote files that do not become accounts are kept long enough to finish the conversation and to meet any legal hold, then removed from active use. Bound commercial accounts follow insurance-recordkeeping practice: we generally retain policy, claim, and accounting records for five to seven years after the relationship ends, or longer if a statute, carrier contract, or legal hold requires it. Washington L&I correspondence that you send us is treated as part of the commercial file, not as a substitute for your L&I account.

Access, correction, and deletion

Email CommercialInsuranceAgency@gmail.com or write 16300 Christensen Rd Suite 203, Tukwila, WA 98188 to ask what we hold about your firm, to correct it, or to request deletion. We will say if a record must be kept for insurance, tax, or legal reasons. We will not delete a bound-policy file that we are required to retain.

California CCPA / CPRA

We are licensed in California (CA License 0M51388). California residents and California businesses that submit information through this site have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. To make a request, email CommercialInsuranceAgency@gmail.com with the subject “California privacy request” and enough detail to find your file. We will verify the request against the contact data you already gave us. An authorized agent may submit a request with proof of authorization.

Categories we may collect in a commercial submission include identifiers (name, email, phone, address), commercial information (operations, sales, payroll ranges), and internet activity (server logs). We collect them to provide insurance brokerage services, not to build an advertising profile.

Washington My Health My Data Act

This site is not designed to collect consumer health data. We do not ask for diagnoses, treatment, or location data tied to health. A medical or dental office that requests commercial insurance is sending us a business submission (entity, payroll, professional class), not patient charts. Do not upload patient information. If you believe you sent consumer health data by mistake, email CommercialInsuranceAgency@gmail.com and we will delete it from the public inbox copy we control.

Calls, texts, and TCPA consent

If you submit the quote form and check the consent box, you agree that Business Insurance Brokers LLC may contact you by phone call, email, or text message at the number and email you provided about that commercial insurance request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of buying insurance. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP, and you may ask us to use email or mail only. We do not use an autodialer to blast marketing to purchased lists from this site.

Children

The site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If our practices change — including adding analytics — we will update this page and the effective date. Material changes to how we use quote-form data will be described here before we rely on them.
