Business Insurance Brokers LLC is licensed in California (CA Lic #0M51388). We hold appointments with multiple A-rated carriers and shop the commercial market for the client. We do not write personal auto or homeowners, and we do not treat California workers compensation as Washington L&I.

The state is several commercial markets under one California license. Bay Area and coastal professional firms need E&O and cyber. Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego hospitality and lessors need liquor and property written as hospitality. Central Valley food manufacturing and commercial farms need schedules that walk buildings and products, not a one-line farm limit.

California contractors live with a private workers-comp policy and a certificate culture that is as particular as any West Coast bid desk. We coordinate general liability, auto, and surety when the job requires a bond. If the same company also has Washington crews, L&I still applies to that payroll. We map it. We do not replace L&I.
