These terms are between you and Business Insurance Brokers LLC, a Washington limited liability company with its principal office at 16300 Christensen Rd Suite 203, Tukwila, WA 98188 and mailing address PO Box 87249, Vancouver, WA 98687.

We are a broker, not a carrier

Business Insurance Brokers LLC is an independent insurance producer. We shop multiple insurers. We are not an insurance company and we do not underwrite risk on our own paper. Coverage, if any, is provided solely by the insurance company that issues a policy. Nothing on this site is a policy, a binder, a certificate, or a coverage determination.

Quotes are preliminary

A quote, indication, or proposal is an estimate based on the information you give us and on carrier appetite at that time. It is not a promise that coverage will be bound, that a price will hold, or that a particular endorsement will be available. Coverage exists only when an authorized insurer issues a binder or policy and premium is handled as that contract requires. Licensing disclosure

We are licensed to transact insurance in Washington (WA), Oregon (OR), Idaho (ID), Nevada (NV), Arkansas (AR), South Dakota (SD), Pennsylvania (PA), Texas (TX), Indiana (IN), California (CA). California License 0M51388. License numbers for other states are available on request and on the applicable state insurance-department lookup. Washington employers generally obtain industrial insurance through Washington L&I; we do not replace L&I for Washington-situs payroll.

Commercial use only

The site and the quote form are for commercial insurance submissions. We do not sell personal homeowners, personal auto, renters, or life insurance through this site. Farm coverage, if discussed, is limited to commercial farm, ranch, and agribusiness operations.

User conduct

You agree not to misuse the quote form, submit information you are not authorized to share, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or use the content to pretend you are this agency. You are responsible for the accuracy of the operations, payroll, and contact data you send.

Intellectual property

Site copy, layout, and original graphics are owned by Business Insurance Brokers LLC or used under license. You may link to public pages. You may not copy the site as a template for another agency, republish pages as your own, or use our name to imply a carrier appointment you do not have.

Disclaimer

Content is informational. State licensing notes, L&I comments, and class descriptions are summaries, not legal, tax, or coverage advice. Markets, forms, and statutes change. We do not warrant that the site is uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent a jurisdiction allows a disclaimer of implied warranties, we disclaim them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Business Insurance Brokers LLC and its members and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from reliance on a web page. Our liability for a dispute that arises only from use of this public website is limited to one hundred dollars. This limit does not purport to waive rights that a statute says you cannot waive, and it does not rewrite an issued insurance policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for a dispute about the website or these terms is the state or federal courts sitting in King County, Washington, unless a mandatory insurance statute requires otherwise.
